White & Case Advises South America Financing

Firm advises financing work in Paraguay and Peru.

White & Case advised UK-based low-carbon fertilizer developer ATOME on the $420 million debt package for a green hydrogen-based fertilizer plant at Villeta, Paraguay and Peruvian port Tramarsa and Terminal Internacional del Sur on their $250 million loan with the Inter-American Investment Corporation and Banco de Crédito del Perú and Norton Rose Fulbright advised the financing package for the development of Río Tinto’s Rincón lithium brine project located in the province of Salta in northwestern Argentina.
