Bennett Jones and White & Case advised the $970 million merger between US-based Gatos Silver and Canada-based First Majestic Silver; Orrick and Simpson Thacher are advising the $630 million sale of US-based global advanced technology consultancy Neoris to US-based EPAM Systems; Mayer Brown advised Korea-based POSCO International on its long-term LNG sale and purchase agreement with Mexico Pacific; Baker Botts represents Liberty Latin America in its acquisition of Echostar’s mobile spectrum and pre-paid subscribers in Puerto Rico and the US Virgin Islands and Simpson Thacher advised on a joint venture between SummitIG and Neutral Networks to focus on fiber infrastructure in Mexico.
