White & Case Advises $1.5 Bln Mainstream Restructuring
Holland & Knight, Milbank advise Chile, Brazil financing.

White & Case advised Ireland-based international pure-play renewable energy company Mainstream Renewable Power on a $1.5 billion restructuring that enables wind and solar projects vital to the Chilean power grid to proceed to completion and full operation; Milbank advised the sole lead arranger and bookrunner in connection with a $535 million senior unsecured export prepayment credit facility for Brazil-based beef producer Marfrig Global Foods and Holland & Knight advised on a $200 million senior unsecured syndicated loan to Chilean auto finance company Forum Servicios Financiero.
