White & Case Advises $1.3 Bln Sonnedix Refinancing

White & Case advised UK-based renewable energy company Sonnedix on its $1.3 billion landmark refinancing transaction in Chile; Holland & Knight advised the $480 million financing of Accesos Norte Fase II, one of Colombia’s most significant fifth-generation road concession projects; Clifford Chance and White & Case advised the $200 million syndicated loan for US-based, Latin America-focused Aura Minerals and Clifford Chance advised $209 million loan to Ransa group.
