Three Firms Advise AES Dominicana Offer

Cleary Gottlieb, Clifford Chance, Simpson, White & Case advise Uruguay, Mexico, Argentina offers.

Clifford Chance, Paul Hastings and Squire Patton Boggs advised the $500 million offer by AES Dominicana (the largest bond offer by a private Dominican company since 2012); Cleary Gottlieb represented the Republic of Uruguay (Uruguay) in two offers that totaled $1.7 billion; Cleary Gottlieb and White & Case advised the $300 million offer from Mexico-based Banco Multiva; Clifford Chance advised the $200 million offer from Argentine electricity company EDENOR; White & Case advised Mexican chemical and salt manufacturer CYDSA on $160 million offer and Simpson Thacher advised Argentine renewable energy company MSU Green Energy’s $130 million offer.
