Two Latin American focused associates at Skadden have been promoted to counsel; former Greenberg Traurig partner has rejoined the firm in Mexico; Germany-based CMS has established an Ibero‑American Arbitration Group (GIA), with a team made up of specialists from Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Spain, Mexico, Portugal and Peru and Harneys has bolstered its Transactional team in the British Virgin Islands with two hires.
