Baker McKenzie, Hogan Lovells advise Credivalores, Bolivariano restructuring, DPR.

Skadden advised the $665 million syndicated loan for Mexico-based Interceramic; Baker McKenzie represented Colombian non-bank financial institution Credivalores – Crediservicios on exchange offer and Chapter 11 Prepackaged Plan of Reorganization and Hogan Lovells advised Ecuadorian bank Banco Bolivariano in its inaugural issuance under its diversified payment rights (DPR) program, valued at $100 million.
