Simpson Thacher Advises $1 Bln Nutresa Offer
Firm also advises $2.2 billion Arauco loan in Brazil.

Simpson Thacher advised the $1 billion offer from Colombian food company Nutresa and the $2.195 billion financing for Brazilian pulp and paper company Celulosa Arauco.
