Simpson Thacher Advises $1.5 Bln LatAm Offers
Clifford Chance, Davis Polk advise Guatemala, Peru offers.

Simpson Thacher advised the $700 million offer from Brazilian oil company PRIO (formerly PetroRio) and two offers from Peruvian retailer InRetail totaling $500 million; Clifford Chance and Simpson Thacher advised on offers from, and a loan to, Guatemalan power distributor Energuate and Davis Polk advised Peruvian bank Banco de Crédito del Perú’s $500 million offer.
