Shearman & Sterling Advises Banco do Brasil Offer

Skadden advises NG Energy financing from Macquarie.

Shearman & Sterling represented Brazilian state bank Banco do Brasil on its $750 million offer; Skadden is advising Australia-based Macquarie Group’s $100 million financing for Canada-based NG Energy International Corp (which focuses on Colombia); a U.K. High Court ruled that Argentina has to pay a $337 million bond in order to appeal a judgment in a lawsuit counseled by Quinn Emanuel; Gunderson Dettmer represented Colombia-based fintech Addi in its $36 million equity financing and Orrick represented Mexican fintech Grupago in securing $4.3 million in seed financing.
