A former US ambassador to Spain with strong Latin American ties has rejoined Winston & Strawn as a partner in the firm’s New York office and as a member of its Litigation Department; Brazilian fraud and corruption attorney joins Sequor Law in Miami; Mexican corporate attorney has joined Holland & Knight as senior counsel in the firm’s Monterrey office; Holland & Knight promoted four Mexican associates to senior counsel; Ernst & Young partner joins Baker McKenzie as a partner in its North America Tax Practice Group in Mexico City.
