PREMIUM SUBSCRIBERS

We collect and process the following personal information about our premium subscribers:

Identity information such as your first name, last name, company name, telephone number, username (e-mail address) and password.

Contact information, such as billing e-mail address.

Financial information such as credit card information or the physical billing address is maintained by our third-party payment processors, including PayPal. They also maintain transaction information on payments.

Data on premium subscribers is not shared, sold or rented to anyone. The only exception is if we are ordered to do so by a court order.

Information submitted to our e-mail provider, Constant Contact, is only available to Latinvex for the purposes of contacting the subscriber or sending the subscriber e-mail alerts on our content, as per his/her request.

NON-PREMIUM NEWSLETTER RECIPIENTS

We collect and process the following personal information about our non-premium recipients of our weekly newsletter:

Identity information, such as first name, last name, e-mail address and name of company.

The contact information is maintained by our third-party e-mail newsletter provider Constant Contact.

Data on subscribers of our e-mail alerts is not shared, sold or rented to anyone. The only exception is if we are ordered to do so by a court order. Information submitted to our e-mail provider, Constant Contact, is only available to Latinvex for the purposes of contacting the subscriber or sending the subscriber e-mail alerts on our content, as per his/her request.

The anti-spam policy of Constant Contact permits only permission-based email. Anyone receiving emails from Constant Contact always has the opportunity to opt-out of email messages from such by using the opt-out link included in the footer of the message. If you believe that you have received an unsolicited commercial email from Constant Contact on behalf of Latinvex, you may report it at abuse@constantcontact.com.

INFORMATION WE DO NOT TRACK OR MAINTAIN

Technical information, such as internet protocol (IP) address, your login data, browser type and version, location, operating system and platform and device and cookie IDs on the devices you use to access this website and our other web-based products.

HOW DO WE COLLECT NEWSLETTER SUBSCRIBER DATA?

We get e-mail address, first name and last name and company name from users directly or that sign up on our web site to our free, weekly newsletter. (See link here).

We may also hold information about non-premium newsletter recipients that has not come directly from the users, but from partners. Any recipient of our weekly newsletter can opt out at any time.

YOUR RIGHT REGARDING YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION

The European Union’s General Data Protection Regulation and other applicable data protection laws provide you with rights over your personal information.

Latinvex respects your right to access and control your information and will respond to requests for information and, where applicable, correct, amend, or delete your personal information.
