Clifford Chance Counsel has joined Hughes Hubbard & Reed as a partner in the firm’s Banking & Financial Services practice in New York; the former U.S. Assistant Secretary of Commerce for Global Markets and Director General of the U.S. and Foreign Commercial Service at the International Trade Administration (ITA) has joined Covington as a Partner in Washington; Holland & Knight arbitration and litigation partner has joined Jackson Walker as a partner in the Trial & Appellate Litigation group in Austin; Debevoise & Plimpton partner has been named co-head of the firm’s Latin America Practice; Holland & Knight energy partner has joined Greenberg Traurig as a shareholder in its Energy & Natural Resources and Projects & Infrastructure Finance practices in Mexico City and Andersen Global expands its presence into the Dominican Republic through a Collaboration Agreement with Santo Domingo-based law firm Pellerano & Herrera.
