Law firms promote Latin America-focused attorneys.

Reed Smith energy counsel has been promoted to partner in Houston; Haynes and Boone partner has assumed the role of office administrative partner for the firm’s Mexico City office; Jones Day announced that two associates in Latin America have been promoted to of counsel and Littler has promoted two Mexican attorneys to shareholders in the Monterrey office.
