Morrison & Foerster emerging companies and venture capital lawyer is rejoining Perkins Coie: White & Case tax counsel has joined Linklaters in the firm’s Washington, D.C. office as a Partner in the Energy & Infrastructure and Tax practices; White & Case announced the promotion of one Latin America-focused lawyer in Washington DC and five lawyers in Mexico to its partnership and Carey Olsen litigation, insolvency and restructuring partner has joined Harneys as the firm’s Bermuda Office Managing Partner.
