White & Case has promoted three Latin America-focused attorneys to partner; KPMG partner and tax disputes attorney has joined Baker McKenzie as a partner in its Mexico City office; the General Counsel of Merama has rejoined Jones Day as Of Counsel in the firm’s Corporate practice in Mexico City and Snell & Wilmer has opened a Mexico City office with the arrival of a new team of attorneys — the firm’s second office in the country following the opening of its Los Cabos office in 2008.
