A trio of Paul Hastings M&A lawyers — led by a former co-head of the firm’s Latin America practice — have joined HSF Kramer’s Corporate M&A practice as partners in its New York office, while the head of Linklaters Latin American arbitration practice, has joined Simpson Thacher & Bartlett’s Washington, D.C. office as a partner.
