Norton Rose Fulbright Advises $800 Mln Loan to Banco do Brasil

Arnold & Porter, Cleary, DLA Piper, Simpson advise LatAm loans.

Norton Rose Fulbright advised on a $800 million loan facility to Banco do Brasil; Simpson Thacher represented UK-based ContourGlobal in the $525 million refinancing of natural gas-fired CHP cogeneration plants in Mexico; Cleary Gottlieb advised on a $200 million senior secured revolving credit facility granted to Grupo Aeroméxico; DLA Piper advised on a $10.7 million loan agreement with Nordic Solar for the construction of a solar plant in Nicaragua and Arnold & Porter represented Spanish bank BBVA in a $10 million financing transaction for Bia Energy in Colombia.
