Milbank advised Argentine state oil company YPF’s $500 million offer of senior notes due 2031, as well as the offer to purchase up to $500 million of senior notes due July 2025 and senior notes due 2027; Simpson Thacher advised the $755 million offer from Univision Communications Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of US-Mexican media company TelevisaUnivision; Davis Polk and Simpson Thacher advised the $375 million offer from Brazilian subsea service company Oceânica; Milbank advised the $480 million securitization of a portion of the gross revenues of the Norman Manley International Airport in Kingston and White & Case advised Colombian electric power generation company Termocandelaria Power’s $425 million offer.
