Holland & Knight advises $658 million Fibra UNO offer.

Milbank advised Banco de Crédito del Perú’s (BCP) $750 million offer; Hunt Oil Company of Peru’s $630 million offer and Argentinian natural gas company Pluspetrol’s $450 million offer; Holland & Knight advised Mexican real estate investment trust Fibra UNO’s 12.7 billion pesos (approximately US$658 million) bonds and a $26 million seven- green bonds issuance by Arrendamiento de Máquinas Royal Rental S.A. and Royal Rental Colombia S.A.; DLA Piper advised Argentine electricity distributor Empresa Distribuidora de Electricidad de Mendoza S.A. (Edemsa) on the issuance of Class 3 and Class 5 notes for a maximum outstanding amount of up to $400 million and Davis Polk advised Pampa Energía’s $340 million offer.
