Mayer Brown Advises Vinci-Bloomin Deal

Baker McKenzie, Latham & Watkins, Schulte Roth, White & Case advise Latin America deals.

Mayer Brown and its associated law firm in Brazil, Tauil & Chequer, advised Vinci Partners in the $357 million acquisition of a controlling stake in Bloomin’ Brands’ operations in Brazil; Latham & Watkins represented Evertec, a leading full-service transaction processor and financial technology provider in Latin America, Puerto Rico, and the Caribbean, has announced it has closed its acquisition of GranData, a venture-backed data analytics company operating in Mexico; Baker McKenzie advised Mexico-based AMMI in the $154 million acquisition of Mexican conglomerate Femsa’s plastics solutions operations and Schulte Roth & Zabel and White & Case advised US-based Mill Point Capital’s acquisition of Mexican commercial refrigeration and foodservice equipment company AeriTek Global from Femsa.
