Paul Hastings arbitration counsel has joined Linklaters as Head of Latin American Arbitration in Washington, D.C.; Clifford Chance structured finance lawyer has joined Gibson Dunn at its New York office as a partner in the Energy and Infrastructure Practice Group and as Co-Chair of the Structured Finance Practice Group; Canada-based law firm McCarthy Tétrault announced the launch of its Latin American office in Chile and Atlanta labor and employment law firm Fisher Phillips announced the launch of its Miami office with a team from Miami-based employment and business law boutique Zumpano Castro.
