Cleary Gottlieb represented Mexico City Airport Trust (MEXCAT) in its buyback of $480 million of its notes issued in the international markets; Davis Polk and Simpson Thacher advised the $148.8 million follow-on from Mexican real estate company Vesta; Holland & Knight advised Mexican real estate investment trust Fibra UNO on its $86 million sustainability linked bond issuance; Cooley advised Brazilian startup Vammo on a $30 million Series A round and  Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati advised Brazilian telemedicine company Conexa Health on its merger with Portuguese online mental healthcare services company Zenklub.
