Latham & Watkins Wins Mexico Arbitration Case
Davis Polk, Milbank, Norton Rose Fulbright, White & Case advise LatAm financing.

Latham & Watkins secured a victory against Italian energy company Enel in a dispute over a contract in Mexico; Davis Polk and White & Case advised the $420 million refinancing of an FPSO off the coast of Brazil; Norton Rose Fulbright represented Brazilian ethanol, sugar and bioenergy company Raízen on a $1 billion revolving credit facility and Milbank advised a $530 million loan facility for Colombian state oil company Ecopetrol.
