Latham & Watkins Secures Telefonica Victory
Holland & Knight secures victory for client in Colombia dispute.

Latham & Watkins secured a victory in New York State Supreme Court for Spanish telecom company Telefonica in its lawsuit against Luxembourg-based telecom company Millicom over a failed Costa Rica deal; Holland & Knight secured an international arbitration win for Hupecol Operating Co. in a Colombia dispute involving nearly $30 million in alleged damages.
