Latham & Watkins Advises Telefonica Chile Sale
Firm also advises closing of Telefonica sale in Colombia.

Latham & Watkins is advising Spanish telecom company Telefónica on the sale of its Chilean Business to France-based NJJ and Luxembourg Millicom for a firm value of approximately $1.2 billion and an additional payment of $150 million subject to the potential occurrence of certain events in the Chilean telecommunications market.
The firm also advised Telefónica on the closing of its sale of Colombia Telecom Coltel to Millicom.
