Jones Day Advises Mexico City Green Bond
Holland & Knight advises first Colombia Amazon bond.

Jones Day advised the Government of Mexico City on the successful issuance of its 3 billion peso Green Bond (US$166 million), its largest ever green bond; Holland & Knight advised on the first ever Amazon Bond issued in Colombia and Davis Polk advised the representatives of the underwriters on an $750 million SEC-registered offering by Uruguay-based, Latin American online retailer MercadoLibre.
