Hughes Hubbard advised on the $1.2 billion loan to Brazilian paper producer Suzano; Milbank advised on the $1 billion financing of Oasis de Atacama in Chile, the world’s largest energy storage project; A&O Shearman is advising Chilean mine El Espino on its $375 million secured loan and Simpson Thacher represented the initial purchasers on the $4 billion offers from the Dominican Republic.
