Holland & Knight Advises $1.9 Bln Next Offer

Cleary, Davis Polk, Linklaters, Simpson Thacher advise Argentina, Brazil, Mexico offers.

Holland & Knight advised NEXT Properties, a subsidiary of Mexican real estate investment trust Fibra NEXT, in connection with six exchange offers totaling approximately $1.9 billion; Linklaters advised the $600 million offer from the city of Buenos Aires; Cleary Gottlieb and Simpson Thacher advised $544 million offers from Mexican telecom giant América Móvil; Cleary Gottlieb represented Vista Energy Argentina in the $400 million reopening of its notes; Davis Polk and Milbank advised the $300 million offer from Argentine oil and gas company Compañía General de Combustibles (CGC); Cleary Gottlieb and Simpson Thacher advised the $310 million offer from Argentine renewable energy platform Genneia and White & Case advised Vale Overseas Limited’s $750 million offer.
