Hogan Lovells, Kramer Levin Advise Petrobras Settlement

Nelson Mullins secures $85 million judgement in crypto fraud case.

Hogan Lovells and Kramer Levin Naftalis & Frankel advised a $283 settlement between Brazilian state oil company Petrobras and EIG Energy Fund XIV.

Meanwhile, a Nelson Mullins team representing a group of plaintiffs, including CFT Solutions, LLC (CFT) and its Brazilian owner Renan de Rocha Gomes Bastos, secured an $85 million judgement in a case against two defendants accused of running a global fraud scheme operated by a Hong Kong-based online forex investment brokerage, FxWinning Ltd.
