Hogan Lovells Cadwalader advised Spanish oil company Repsol on its transaction with Talos Energy for 50% in Block 29 offshore Mexico; Herbert Smith Freehills Kramer advised Brazilian investment bank Banco BTG Pactual on the completion of its acquisition of 100% of HSBC Uruguay; Holland & Knight advised a $150 million loan to Mexican industrial real estate investment trust Fibra Nova and White & Case advised Iochpe Maxion Austria GMBH and Maxion Wheels de Mexico on a $320 million loan.
