Firms Advise $6.5 Bln in Latin America Offers
A&O Shearman, Arnold & Porter, Cleary, White & Case advise offers.

Arnold & Porter and Sullivan & Cromwell advised the $3.6 billion offer from Colombia; A&O Shearman advised the $700 million offer the Republic of Honduras; Cleary Gottlieb advised the $650 million offer from Mexico-based wireless tower company Sitios Latinoamérica; White & Case advised the $1.5 billion offer from Mexican bank Banorte and Simpson Thacher advised on a $230 million loan to Peru-based superfruit producer Agrovision.
