Davis Polk, Latham & Watkins Advise Global Eggs Investment
Squire Patton Boggs advises major tourism project in Dominican Republic.

Davis Polk and Latham & Watkins are advising the $1 billion investment in Global Eggs by Warburg Pincus in a deal that values Global Eggs at $8 billion. Meanwhile, Squire Patton Boggs is serving as principal legal counsel on the $2.2 billion Pedernales–Cabo Rojo tourism project in the Dominican Republic.
