Davis Polk Advises $3 Bln Peru Offers
Cleary Gottlieb, Simpson Thacher, White & Case advise LatAm offers.

Davis Polk advised the Republic of Peru’s $3 billion offers, South America-focused agricultural company Adecoagro’s $100 million tender offer and Chilean retailer Falabella’s $100 million tender offer; Simpson Thacher represented the Republic of Guatemala’s $1.4 billion offers; White & Case advised Brazilian power distributor CTEEP on Eletrobras’s secondary offering of $403 million worth of shares it owns in CTEEP and a syndicate of international underwriters and placement agents on the $2.7 billion equity offering of Sao Paulo water and waste company SABESP and Cleary Gottlieb advised Mexican petrochemical company Grupo IDESA’s $170.9 million tender offer.
