Davis Polk Advises $3.3 Bln LatAm Offers
Simpson Thacher, Linklaters advises Chile, Argentina offers.

Davis Polk advised the $2.5 billion offers from Brazilian meat company JBS and the $250 million offer from JBS unit Pilgrim’s Pride Corporation; the $500 million offer from Chilean retailer Cencosud and the $36 million offer from Brazilian education company Vitru.
Simpson Thacher advised the $435 million offer from Chilean telecom company DB Terra Chile Holdco SpA (dba Mundo Pacifico) and Linklaters advised the banks in connection with Vista Energy Argentina’s $500 million offer.
