Davis Polk Advises $1.1 Bln LatAm Offers
Baker McKenzie advise Mexico follow-on offer.

Davis Polk advised Banco Santander México’s $700 million offer and the $360 million offer from Argentina-based Pampa Energía of $360 million and Baker McKenzie represented Mexican energy and infrastructure investment trust FIBRAeMX in connection with its $94 million follow-on offering.
