Clifford Chance advised lenders on the 2.2 trillion pesos (US$550 million) refinancing of the Conexión Norte 4G toll road project in Colombia; White & Case advised US-based Atlas Renewable Energy on the development and financing of its first battery storage project in Chile; Linklaters advised The World Bank on the issuance of its nine-year $225 million, principal-protected Amazon Reforestation-Linked Bond – the largest World Bank outcome bond ever and White & Case acted as Mexican deal counsel for Cox Energy and Ibexia España Develpment in the acquisition of 60 percent of the shares of Ibox.
