Clifford Chance Advises $1.1 Bln Casa Dos Ventos Offer

Clifford Chance advised the $1.08 billion offer by Brazilian renewable energy generation company Casa Dos Ventos (the largest U.S. private placement ever executed by a Brazilian company, according to the company); Cleary Gottlieb advised the SEC-registered $1.5 billion offering by Mexican cement giant Cemex; DLA Piper advised Argentina’s largest electricity distributor Edenor on its $550 million offer; Clifford Chance advised $500 million senior notes facility by Banco Plata and Conyers advised Mexican retailer BBB Foods on $86 million secondary offering.
