Cleary Gottlieb and Simpson Thacher advised on 17.5 billion peso (US$1.1 billion) offer from Mexico-based, Latin America telecom leader America Movil; Cleary Gottlieb and Davis Polk advised the $360 million initial public offering of Peruvian healthcare and insurance provider Auna and Clifford Chance advised on Anpac’s issuance of secured green notes.
