Davis Polk, Holland & Knight advise Colombia, Peru loans.

(Updated 1/18/24) Milbank and Paul Hastings advised the $883 million financing of two projects for Chilean water companies Aguas Pacifico and Acueducto San Isidro Quilapilún; Cleary Gottlieb acted as counsel to bondholders in Chilean renewable energy company Inversiones Latin America Power SpA’s “prepackaged” in-court restructuring and Milbank and White & Case advised on the financing for the Willka, Doña Antonia, Tocopilla and Tamarico utility-scale solar projects, located in Chile. Meanwhile, Cleary Gottlieb and Davis Polk advised on $550 million secured term loan to Peru-based Latin American healthcare company Auna and Grupo Salud Auna México, while Holland & Knight advised Cartagena, Colombia-based construction firm KMA Construcciones on securing a credit facility from Colombia’s Financiera de Desarrollo Nacional, Bancolombia and Itaú Colombia.
