Cleary Gottlieb and Skadden advised the purchase of Mexican real estate investment trust Fibra Terrafina by rival Fibra Prologis; Baker McKenzie advised Mexican conglomerate Femsa on its $385 million purchase of US-based Delek’s retail operations; Baker Botts advised US-based telco Liberty Latin America on combining its Costa Rica operations with Luxembourg-based telco Millicom; Nelson Mullins represented Brazilian energy company AXS Energia in a $31 million U.S. cross-border long-term financing deal to support 14 solar energy projects in Brazil and RX Ventures (the venture capital fund for Brazilian retailer Lojas Renner) in a $25 million investment round for US-based retail media startup Topsort.
