Cleary Gottlieb advised Chilean-Brazilian LATAM Airlines’ $800 million global bond offering and HSBC on its sale of $636 million worth of American depositary shares (ADS) in Argentina’s Grupo Financiero Galicia; Simpson Thacher advised Brazilian energy company Raizen’s $750 million offer; Milbank advised Colombian bank Banco Davivienda’s $500 million offer; White & Case advised Brazil-based JBS, the world’s largest meat processing company, on its SEC registration process and related New York Stock Exchange (NYSE) listing; Clifford Chance advised Scotiabank Peru’s $400 million offer and Brazilian fintech company Méliuz’ $32 million follow-on and Skadden advised Mexico-based Banco Plata’s successful placement of $120 million senior unsecured bonds.
