Cleary Gottlieb advised a $650 million global bond offering from Peruvian miner Buenaventura and a concurrent tender offer; Cleary Gottlieb and Simpson Thacher advised a $500 million offering from Andean Telecom Partners (ATP); Davis Polk advised Colombia-based, Latin American oil and gas company GeoPark’s $550 millionoffer; A&O Shearman advised Peruvian energy company Kallpa’s $500 million offer; Davis Polk advised the $1.5 billion offer from the Central American Bank for Economic Integration (CABEI) and Linklaters advised Argentine oil and gas company Tecpetrol’s $400 million offer.
