Cleary Gottlieb, Simpson Thacher Advise $3.5 Bln Mexico Offers
A&O Shearman, Clifford Chance advise Argentina, Brazil offers.

Cleary Gottlieb represented Mexico in a multi-tranche registered offering totaling €2.4 billion (US$2.5 billion); Simpson Thacher represented Mexican retailer El Puerto de Liverpool on its $1 billion offer; Clifford Chance advised Brazilian bank Banco Bradesco’s $750 million offe and A&O Shearman advised the $400 million offer from Argentine oil and gas company Tecpetrol.
