Cleary Gottlieb, Simpson Thacher Advise $1.5 Bln CFE Offer
Davis Polk and White & Case advise PicPay IPO.

Cleary Gottlieb and Simpson Thacher advised the $1.5 billion offer from Mexican state electricity company CFE; Davis Polk and White & Case advised the $434 million initial public offer on Nasdaq of Brazilian digital bank PicPay – the first IPO by a Brazilian firm in four years; Clifford Chance advised Brazilian bank Banco Bradesco’s $750 million offer and Davis Polk and Simpson Thacher advised the $600 million offer from Colombian flag carrier Avianca.
