Milbank advised the $1.25 billion syndicated green term loan facility for Ternium Mexico; Cleary Gottlieb represented Mexican state oil company Pemex in connection with the negotiation and execution of a series of bilateral repo transactions with three international banks and a related securities lending transaction with a special-purpose vehicle; Arnold & Porter represented the Caribbean Development Bank (CDB) and CARICOM Development Fund (CDF) in their $50 million project financing of a geothermal project in Dominica; Norton Rose Fulbright represented BNP Paribas and Citibank on the closing of a dual currency (US$50 million and EUR 44 million) pre-export finance facility extended to Companhia Brasileira de AlumÃnio, the largest aluminum producer in Brazil and Milbank advised BNP Paribas as mandated lead arranger and facility agent in connection with the establishment of a import financing facility for Argentine electricity generation company YPF Luz and an initial term loan financing of $30 million.
