Cleary Gottlieb, Hogan Lovells Advise Azul Restructuring
Cleary Gottlieb also advised Unigel’s $870 million restructuring.

Cleary Gottlieb and Hogan Lovells advised the restructuring of Azul, the largest airline in Brazil by number of cities served.
Cleary Gottlieb also represented an ad hoc group of creditors of Brazilian chemical company Unigel the restructuring of approximately $869.6 million of indebtedness.
