Cleary Gottlieb, Davis Polk and Latham & Watkins advised the restructuring of Brazilian airline Azul’s debt under Chapter 11 protection in the United States in a deal that also provides approximately $1.6 billion in debtor-in-possession (DIP) financing; Holland & Knight advised Inter-American Investment Corporation (IDB Invest) and the Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA) as lenders in a $100 million, three-year parallel term financing to Mibanco to support micro and small enterprises (MSEs) in Peru.
