Cleary Gottlieb, Davis Polk Advise $7.8 Bln LatAm Offers
A&O Shearman, Clifford Chance, Latham & Watkins, Milbank, Paul Hastings, Simpson Thacher advise offers.

Cleary Gottlieb advised Chile’s €1.3 million (US$1.5 billion) and €1.65 billion (US$1.9 billion) exchange offer as well as Pluspetrol’s $200 million offer; Davis Polk advised two Peru offers that raised a combined $3 billion as well as the $1.2 billion private offer from Banco Santander México and A&O Shearman advised the $1.1 billion offer from Bahamas.
