Davis Polk and Simpson Thacher advise Colombian offers.

Cleary Gottlieb represented the Republic of Paraguay in two offers that raised a combined $1.3 billion; Davis Polk advised Banco de Bogotá’s $500 million offer; Davis Polk and Simpson Thacher advised Colombian flag carrier Avianca on its $150 million offer; Milbank advised Mexican infrastructure and energy investment trust FIBRAeMX on its follow-on equity offering; Simpson Thacher represented the initial purchasers in the recent sovereign offers from the Dominican Republic.
